03. Tariff prepaid service charge: calculated at rmb120.0 per ticket, and our company will charge an additional service charge of RMB30.00 per ticket;
(there may be destination tariffs, surcharges, complex customs clearance fees, etc. in the local area. If it is changed to prepayment or tariff prepayment is selected, it will be charged to the sender. Under normal circumstances, we do not accept the sender to pay tariffs! If the recipient refuses to pay tariffs, the sender needs to pay tariffs unconditionally!
Add "address change surcharge": RMB 100.00 per ticket;
The "corrected address surcharge" applies to any shipment that cannot be delivered due to the following factors, and will only be charged if the shipment can finally be successfully delivered:
a. Give wrong or incomplete recipient address data when receiving, such as recipient's postal area, city, country, address content, etc
b. The recipient has moved away from the address indicated on the shipping label or waybill. If the recipient has moved, or the hotel guest has checked out at the time of delivery

04. Overweight Surcharge: if the unilateral length of a single piece of goods exceeds 120cm or the billing weight of a single piece exceeds 70kg, RMB 250 / ticket * fuel calculation shall be charged!; the new "special handling cargo surcharge": RMB 250.00 per ticket, additional fuel surcharge shall be charged. The "special handling cargo surcharge" will be charged according to the following circumstances:
a. Unless otherwise instructed by the sender, if there are signs / words on the shipment and its package, clear instructions shall be given. The shipment shall not be stacked for transportation-
"Do not stack / no stack";
b. Improper packaging, fragile, no packaging (bare package), shape or shipment on the pallet hinders the safe stacking of the second pallet or other non pallet shipments.
05. Declaration of insurance premium: the Hong Kong DHL rate is calculated at 1%, with a minimum of 100RMB / ticket; for shipments exceeding rmb777 per ticket, you can choose the additional protection of value declaration service to protect your goods from the risk of loss or damage. For each increase of rmb777 in the value of the goods, a fee of RMB 3.2 will be charged, i.e. declaration of insurance premium.
06. Eastern European countries generally have restrictions on the weight and size of goods. A single piece can not exceed 30kg or 50kg, and a single ticket can not exceed 250kg. Please pay attention to the weight and size of goods when receiving goods; for goods with large real weight and size, you can call for consultation!
07. 17. For Saudi shipments, the corresponding payment methods shall be listed in the invoice along with the goods. The payment methods usually include: bank transfer, cheque, intercompany

18. Operation requirements in Indonesia: first, if the value of ready-made clothing products sent to Indonesia reaches or exceeds US $250, the relevant survey certificate provided by the origin shall be provided with the goods. 2、 Precautions and Compensation Ordinance

The fragile goods shall be packed by the customer, otherwise our company will not be responsible for the broken goods. In case of loss and compensation during the operation of the goods, the compensation shall be in accordance with international practice, which shall not exceed USD100.0, regardless of its commercial utility or special value to the sender. If the value exceeds USD100.0, it is recommended to purchase commercial insurance. The package must be good. Reject the goods with poor packaging. If the whole express is lost, our company will compensate according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation amount is USD100, and the freight will not be compensated. For goods with high value, it is recommended to purchase insurance by yourself.
3. If the express is damaged or lost, the consignee must complain to the destination within 48 hours after signing, and the destination service provider will provide reference? Number after receiving the complaint. The sending agent must file a claim against us based on this reference number, otherwise it will not be accepted; When submitting the claim, please provide the waybill and invoice at the same time; The claim letter shall be submitted within 7 days after the express is signed, and the above no shall be indicated on the claim letter; If the goods are damaged, detailed photos of the damaged goods must be provided (including the inner and outer packaging and the actual situation of the damage); At the same time, the product name, model, quantity, unit price and total price of the lost or damaged express shall be listed;

04. Tariff prepaid service charge: calculated at rmb125.0/bill; (there may be destination customs duties, surcharges, more complex customs clearance fees, etc. if it is changed to prepayment or tariff prepayment is selected, it will be charged to the sender.
05. Handling charge for rejection and return: calculated according to RMB 78 / ticket * fuel; (if the guest rejects or cannot be delivered for other reasons, both the rejection charge and handling charge shall be paid;
06. Surcharge for overweight: RMB 40.0/piece; (see item B below)
07. Surcharge for exceeding the limit: calculated as RMB 388.0/piece * fuel (see item C below)
08. Handling charge for non payment upon arrival: calculated at RMB 80.0/ticket

11. 13. UPS channel will suspend the collection of more than one ticket of goods with an average weight of less than 9kg; the packaging of goods must be clean and intact, otherwise they will be rejected!
B. ) UPS non-standard packaging must be charged rmb40.0/piece (if multiple conditions are met, only 40 yuan will be charged), which is shown in:
(1) if the length of one side exceeds 152cm, or the length of the second side exceeds 76cm, RMB 40 / piece will be charged

D. ) charging of UPS billing weight (update)
According to the new regulations of ups2014, the weight charge is calculated and charged according to the actual weight of each piece of goods compared with the volume weight, whichever is heavier, and then the weight of each piece is added and rounded to obtain the charged weight and the weight of a single piece.
If the decimal point is less than 0.5, it will be calculated as 0.5, and if the decimal point is more than 0.5, it will be calculated as the whole kg. For example, one piece of three goods, the real weight of each goods is 10.2kg, 20.3kg and 30.4kg respectively, and the corresponding volume is 8.2kg, 15.1kg and 40.5kg. Commercial invoice and bill of lading requirements:

2. The declared value of goods in the commercial invoice is only allowed in USD, EUR or destination currency, and the word "made in China" of origin is required on the invoice

4. There are requirements for battery products, including battery products, watches, knives, magnets, ink cartridges, etc.; (refuse to accept contraband)
5. Textile products must be provided with ingredients: (such as 100% polyester). It is best for American goods to bring their own export license.
6. Requirements for goods sent to the United States: both the goods and inv should have the words "make in China" to facilitate customs clearance at the destination.

4. For goods with high value, it is recommended to purchase goods insurance by ourselves or from UPS. The premium of UPS is 4.2%, and the insured amount does not exceed the declared value. In case of damage or loss of express, the consignee must complain to the destination within 48 hours after signing, and the destination service provider will provide a reference number after receiving the complaint. The sending agent must report to the destination within 7 days based on this reference number Our company will lodge a claim and provide detailed information of the goods, such as waybill, invoice, reference number, and detailed photos of the damaged goods (including the sunny condition of the inner and outer packaging and the actual damage). Otherwise, our company will no longer accept the overdue goods. 5. The documents and packages exported by UPS to Iran have no service; the single UPS in Micronesia does not exceed 30kg
6. For goods transferred to Mexico through ups, if the application value exceeds 1000USD, CO shall be provided for local customs clearance, and for textile goods transferred to the United States through ups, re export certificate shall be provided

11. Cambodia: the declared value of fed sent to Cambodia shall not exceed usd300.0, otherwise it will be returned without customs clearance, resulting in return fee.
12. Special countries: Argentina, Spain and Germany need to provide eori number for normal transit. In order to avoid shipment delay, please confirm the delivery of this eori number before delivery.
13. Spain: there are no goods and services in Ceuta / Melilla, Spain; the single piece of Micronesia Fed is not more than 30kg
14. The eori number is required for normal transit to "EU countries". In order to avoid shipment delay, please confirm the eori number before shipment (eori number is a necessary registration number for enterprises with economic activities, especially import and export business in EU countries.
